What is the penalty for creating and submitting a false document?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Law Society of Ontario v. Harrison, 2021 ONLSTH 15 (CanLII):

The penalties for licensees in false document cases – the facts of which are analogous to creating and submitting false accounts – have ranged from a reprimand to a six-month suspension: Law Society of Upper Canada v. Jaffer, 2017 ONLSTH 211 at para. 32. The Law Society seeks a penalty in the high end of this range given the nature and context of this specific misconduct and taking into account the other admitted misconduct.
