Is there any case law in which a plaintiff was awarded a certificate of judgment?

Alberta, Canada

The following excerpt is from Incandescent Revolution Manufacturing Co. v. Gerling Global General Insurance, 1989 CanLII 3385 (AB QB):

No reported cases, in this jurisdiction, on this issue have been cited to me. I am aware, however, of the certificate of judgment of our Court of Appeal in Sherwin-Williams v. McCready Products Ltd., May 12, 1983, action number 106657, appeal number 163981. As I understand it, there were no reported reasons on that decision.
