In my previous reasons for judgment in this case, indexed as Page v. British Columbia (Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal), 2009 BCSC 493, I allowed the petitioner’s petition for judicial review. I directed that the parties could address the matter of costs on a set schedule. The schedule was not adhered to; I have now received written submissions with respect to costs from both parties. My decision as to costs is set out below.
