In addition, we noted that the special circumstance finding that the murder was committed for financial gain required the jury to find murder was intentional. (People v. McLead, supra, 225 Cal.App.3d at p. 917.) Defendant was an active participant in the home invasion robbery, where he personally used a firearm, as well as an active participant in the kidnaping of the three competitors and their transportation to a remote roadside area where the shooting took place.
