What constitutes a reasonable time for performance in an investment?

California, United States of America

The following excerpt is from Henry v. Sharma, 154 Cal.App.3d 665, 201 Cal.Rptr. 478 (Cal. App. 1984):

What constitutes a "reasonable time" for performance is a question of fact (Sawday v. Vista Irrigation Dist. (1966) 64 Cal.2d 833, 836, 52 Cal.Rptr. 1, 415 P.2d 816) as is the question of the buyer's ability to perform. (Am-Cal Investment Co., supra, 255 Cal.App.2d at p. 539, 63 Cal.Rptr. 518.)
