The Statute of Frauds does not prevent the enforcement of or prevent a court granting specific performance of a verbal agreement as to land partially or fully performed: Hill v. Nova Scotia (Attorney General), [1997] 1 S.C.R. 68 (S.C.C.), at p. 74 and 75.
