Is there any evidence that there was a lack of disclosure or lack of due diligence performed by Counsel for the wife on the basis of an agreement that was entered into into into the agreement?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Einstoss v. Starkman, 2010 ONSC 4126 (CanLII):

It seems to me that there was a great amount of due diligence performed by Counsel for the wife. She ascertained the facts underlying the agreement before it was entered into. Numerous questions were asked and answers provided. In my view, the wife cannot now say that there was a lack of disclosure resulting in an agreement based on fraud. (See: Quinn v. Keiper, supra, at para. 48.)
