The fact that the particulars were contained in a separate document did not prejudice the respondents' rights in any way, and if such had happened to offend a mere procedural rule, I would have had to resort to Part 43 of the Rules and particularly Rule 561 to cure such irregularity: see Coulthard v. Coulthard (1952), 1952 CanLII 187 (SK CA), 5 W.W.R. (N.S.) 662.
