The respondent raises a preliminary objection with respect to certain paragraphs of the claimant’s affidavits made August 8, 2019 and July 27, 2020 in response to this application, on the basis that they include assumptions, conclusions, beliefs, opinions, hearsay and unattributed hearsay.
