In terms of the requirement to show an identifiable class of two or more persons, it is clear from the holding in Douez v. Facebook, Inc., 2018 BCCA 186 at para. 53 (drawn to my attention during the present hearing) that specific evidence of numerosity is not a requirement where it is apparent from the claim that there are two or more persons who will comprise the proposed class:
"The most advanced legal research software ever built."
