The following excerpt is from Bhangu v Honda Canada Inc., 2021 BCSC 794 (CanLII):

To satisfy the identifiable class requirement, there must be some evidence to show that at least two people can know that they are in the proposed class. It is not necessary to have affidavit evidence from two individuals. The court can infer the existence of more than one claimant from the nature of the claim being advanced: Douez v. Facebook, Inc., 2018 BCCA 186 at para. 53, leave to appeal ref’d [2018] S.C.C.A. No. 298.
