There seems to be a dearth of authority an the interpretation of the said Act. Recently I decided in Trotzuk v. Zilka (unreported) that there was no right under The Recovery of Possession of Land Act to settle questions of law bona fide raised as to questions of title although, as here, I found against the respondent on the facts.
