Is there a breach of good faith and fair dealing?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Stanley v. Advertising Directory Solutions Inc., 2014 BCSC 376 (CanLII):

The plaintiff argues that the manner in which the defendant dealt with her dismissal and the manner in which the defendant dealt with her subsequent to her dismissal amount to a breach of the obligation of good faith and fair dealing. She argues that on the basis of Wallace v. United Grain Growers, there was an expectation held by both parties to the employment contract that she would be dealt with fairly and in good faith.
