What is the consequence of a finding of contempt against the mother for failing to comply with a notice of contempt?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Knapp v Munro, 2015 ONSC 5444 (CanLII):

On the other hand, the mother has purged her contempt and when she attended court on August 13, 2015, expressed her sincere regret for her earlier failure to comply. At this point, I do not see what is to be gained by imposing further penalty on the mother. I agree with the decisions in Szyngiel v. Rintoul, supra, and Chappel v. Hillock, supra, that, in these cases, the finding of contempt is a sufficient penalty. That being said, the father was successful in his motion for contempt and he is entitled to his costs for that motion.
