Are fixed pets a consideration for division under s. 7 of the BC SPCA Guidelines for Divisions?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from R.C. v D.R.C, 2019 BCSC 1218 (CanLII):

Pet expenses are not normally subject to division under s. 7 of the Guidelines (see Clarke v. Clarke, 2014 BCSC 824 at para. 54). However, the Agreement provides that “[t]he parties will share mutually agreed upon pet expenses.” It does not specify what pet expenses were mutually agreed upon, nor does it say that they are fixed.
