In dealing with the division of property, it is proper for the court to look at each individual asset and decide whether equal division would be unfair within the meaning of s. 65: Kaur v. Ram, 2006 BCCA 527, 34 R.F.L. (6th) 59 at para. 19, rev’g 2005 BCSC 1536.
