The following excerpt is from Dimovski v. Director of Support and Custody Enforcement, 1991 CanLII 8284 (ON SCDC):

In the Olympic Bank v. Wallace case, supra, it was held that the funds in the joint account were not attachable even where one of the joint account holders expressly declared that those funds were wholly the property of the other joint account holder.
