In Albayrak v. Nesbitt Burns et al (July 13, 2000), Vancouver docket C970687 (B.C.S.C.), a wrongful dismissal action, Prowse J. found for the plaintiff who contended that he was unable to transfer his client accounts as he lost any proprietary interest in them upon his being let go.
