In that decision, Macdonald J. referred to the decision of Roscoe v. McGavin Foods Ltd. (1983), (2d) C.C.E.L. 287 at 296 where Wood J. awarded the minimum bonus entitlement for the first calendar year covered by a 15 month notice period but rejected any such recovery for the portion of the year following on the grounds that there was no evidence before him that the company had met the profit projected for that second year.
