Graves (1898) 67 L.J.Q.B. 583, 78 L.T. 502, when two justices disagreeing dismissed a charge it was held a further information for the same offence could not be laid but Wills, J. said: The justices possibly committed a mistake in not adjourning, but we cannot review their mistake in this respect.
