What is the wife's position on the issue of a forced sale of a 50% share of the home?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Puri v. Puri, 2011 BCSC 1734 (CanLII):

As the wife’s position is that she is entitled to 100% of the home, this question would not arise. She further says that if a sale is ordered, it should be postponed until after the children have left, citing Kaur v. Ram, 2006 BCCA 527, as an example. I understand her position to be that she would prefer a buy-out to a forced sale.
