In the alternative the application is for particulars, and I think the defendant is entitled to particulars of pars. 3, 6, 10, 15 and 16 of the statement of claim. Defendant would also be entitled to the name of the friend alleged in par. 8 if he had asked for it in the notice of motion. Bishop v. Bishop [1901] P. 325, 70 L.J. P. 93.
