Is there any case law where a statement alleging that bribery and treating and undue influence before and after the election is insufficient to support the allegation?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from Adams v. Huck, 1925 CanLII 133 (SK QB):

In the case of Beale v. Smith (1869) L.R. 4 C.P. 145, 38 L.J.C.P. 145, in which the respondent moved to have the petition taken off the file, one of the grounds of the application was as here, the insufficiency of the statement in the petition, because it merely alleged that the respondent was guilty of bribery and treating and undue influence before during and after the election. Counsel for respondent there also contended that such a statement merely covered the grounds complained of but not the facts upon which the complaint was founded.
