As recently noted by Mr. Justice Blok in para. 62 of Asp v. Boughton Law Corporation, 2014 BCSC 1124, this inquiry contains two considerations: (1) whether or not the class proceeding would be a fair, efficient and manageable method of advancing the claim, and (2) whether it would be preferable to other procedures: Rumley v. British Columbia, 2001 SCC 69 at para. 35.
