Finally, she refers to Blazek v. Blazek, 2009 BCSC 1693: 59 … [U]nless the defendant challenges jurisdiction simpliciter of the court within 30 days of filing his appearance, he is taken to have attorned to the jurisdiction and is consequently barred from arguing forum non conveniens.
