The facts are as follows. The bankrupt made an assignment into bankruptcy on August 14, 2002. A number of court applications took place since the assignment. The first application, Monteith v. Monteith, involved a successful application by the bankrupt for orders granting her full interest in all of the household property and granting her full interest in the former matrimonial home. The orders in question were granted on September 5, 2002. The objecting creditor was counsel for the bankrupt with respect to these court applications.
