In Thompson v. Coulombe et al. (1985), 54 C.B.R. (N.S.) 254, Rothman, J.A., at 256 said: “It is equally clear, in my view, that the discharge of the trustee and appellant’s discharge from bankruptcy did not have the effect, automatically, of revesting their rights in appellant . . .”
