On appeal, defendant argues that neither the aggravated assault nor the attempted aggravated robbery convictions would have been strikes in California under the "least adjudicated elements" test, which focuses on whether the elements of the foreign crime, as defined by that jurisdiction's statutory or common law, include all of the elements of the California felony.
