"[W]here there is an adjudication of a question of fact by the court in deciding a petition to compel arbitration, a request for a statement of decision in the manner required by [Code of Civil Procedure] section 632 obligates the court to issue one." (Metis Development, LLC v. Bohacek (2011) 200 Cal.App.4th 679, 689 (Metis).)
