acted with knowledge of the perpetrator's unlawful purpose; (3) the defendant acted with the intent or purpose either to commit, or to facilitate or encourage commission of, the target crime; (4) the defendant's confederate committed an offense (the nontarget offense) other than the target crime; and (5) the nontarget offense committed by the confederate was a natural and probable consequence of the target crime the defendant aided and abetted.
