The prosecutor never misstated the reasonable doubt standard. His comments, taken in context of this section of his rebuttal argument, addressed the defense attorneys' discussion of theories, and urged the jury to review the evidence to determine whether the prosecution met its burden of proving defendants' guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
