To determine whether a touching was committed for the purpose of sexual arousal, relevant circumstances include the manner of touching and other lewd acts committed by the defendant. (People v. Martinez (1995) 11 Cal.4th 434, 445.) Here, S.B. testified Baltezor massaged her feet and legs all the way up before rubbing her vagina. She explained this happened more than five times and this was how the touching would start.
