questions about appellant thinking of the inquiry as "funny" or a "joke" did not reflect proper prosecutorial demeanor and the trial court properly sustained a defense objection. When a trial court sustains objections to the argumentative element of a prosecutor's questioning, we assume any prejudice was abated. (People v. Dykes, supra, 46 Cal.4th at p. 764.)
