Hamed (2013) 221 Cal.App.4th 928 (Hamed), defendant also argues that the court erred because it failed to specify the amount and statutory basis for each of the penalty assessments imposed. The parties urge us to remand this matter to the trial court to correct the amount of the penalty assessments that apply, to strike the penalty assessments that do not apply, and to prepare a corrected abstract of judgment.
