What factors will be considered by the court in determining attorney's fees in a discrimination case?

In a later case, Parker v. Matthews, (D.C. 1976) 411 F.Supp. 1059, 1067-1068, the court held that the factors to be considered in fixing an award of attorney's fees included "(1) the novelty and complexity of the issues, (2) the amount of risk involved in taking the case, (3) the nature and amount of the results obtained, and (4) the skill required to perform the legal services properly." In Parker, the plaintiff's attorneys had successfully obtained redress for employment discrimination based upon race and sex.
