What is the test for reprehensible conduct?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Ravnyshyn et al v. Drys, 2005 BCSC 1216 (CanLII):

In Leung v. Leung (1993), 77 B.C.L.R. (2d) 314p, Esson C.J.S.C. (as he then was), expanded on the test when he wrote at ¶ 5): …reprehensible" is a word of wide meaning. It can include conduct which is scandalous, outrageous or constitutes misbehaviour; but it also includes milder forms of misconduct. It means simply ‘deserving of reproof or rebuke’.
