Is there any case law where a solicitor/client communication was exclusively in a joint meeting?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from L.T. v. E.T., 2002 BCSC 1389 (CanLII):

It may be that the advice, or at least some solicitor/client communication, was given in individual communications, rather than exclusively in a joint meeting. In any event, the clear thrust of the later Supreme Court of Canada decision in Martin v. Gray is the protection of clients from the misuse of their confidential information.
