What is the test for a search warrant to determine the reasonableness of a search?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from R. v. Guilbault, 2001 BCPC 118 (CanLII):

The norm to be applied in considering the reasonableness of a search is that described in Regina v. Collins 1987 CanLII 84 (SCC), [1987] 1 S.C.R. 265 per Lamer J.: " A search will be reasonable if it is authorized by law, if the law itself is reasonable, and if the manner in which the search was carried out is reasonable."
