Calibration records for the approved instrument in question for a period of 3 months prior to the subject tests; iv. Maintenance logs and records for the approved instrument in question for a period of one year prior to the subject tests; and v. Usage logs regarding the alcohol standard solution since the last calibration prior to the tests in question.
