In particular circumstances, an offer received late on a Friday before a Monday Trial was found to be an offer which could be analyzed and responded to “within hours if not minutes”: J.D. v. Shandra, 2014 BCSC 1272 at para. 22. What is a reasonable time to consider an offer is “largely driven and governed by context”: Brewster v. Li, 2014 BCSC 463 at para. 26.
