What is the test for a claim for spousal support under s.15.2 of the Divorce Act?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Greene v. Greene, 2008 BCSC 426 (CanLII):

The principles to be applied in considering a claim for spousal support have been considered in a number of cases. In Moge v. Moge, supra the court noted, among other things, that all four of the objectives of spousal support set out in s.15.2(6) of the Divorce Act must be considered on an application for spousal support, not just the ability to become self sufficient, in order to redress the advantages and disadvantages arising from the marriage and its breakdown.
