Tran,[2] the panel reviewed a number of cases involving multiple instances of misconduct such as failure to serve clients, failure to render accounts, failure to deposit funds into trust, mishandling trust funds and not properly maintaining books and records. In those matters,[3] suspensions of three months with terms and conditions were imposed.
