While the matter was pleaded, and only barely argued, I think I should add that in any event cl. (f) might very well be so indefinite as to have rendered the whole instrument void for uncertainty. What are "reasonable" grounds surrounding the buildings, with no mechanism for settling the boundaries, and in the absence of any other evidence, is a matter of opinion. See Turney v. Zhilka, 1959 CanLII 12 (SCC), [1959] S.C.R. 578, 18 D.L.R. 447, and the many cases which have followed it.
