After considering the employer representative’s submissions, it is clear to me that she is challenging the credibility of the worker’s evidence. As noted above in Faryna v. Chorny the real test of the credibility of a witness is whether the evidence of the witness is in harmony with the preponderance of probabilities, which a practical and informed person would recognize as reasonable in that place and in those circumstances.
