The word "fraud" in limitations statutes is not limited to common-law fraud or deceit. However, there must be some abuse of a confidential relationship, or some deliberate concealment of facts: M.(K.) v. M.(H.)(supra); and Evans v. Crooks et al (supra), at paras. 15-6.
