Agreements require interpretation, as do, at times, court orders. Nothing sinister occurs as a result. The order here embodying as it does the settlement agreement of the parties evidences a real contract between them. As such, the court may deal with it as it would any other contract: Buschau v. Rogers Communications Inc., 2004 BCCA 142 at ¶ 24.
