The Court of Appeal in Moores v. Feldstein, supra, stated it thus at para 48: “[It] is the duty of the court to view all the circumstances relevant to what is in the interest of the child, including a consideration as to whether the evidence disclosed that the child would benefit from the tie of a child to its mother.”
