The decision in Hollinshead v. Hazleton, supra, followed by the learned trial judge, is, in my opinion, the authority which should be followed in considering whether or not the evidence of a witness, who was a member of the legislature and who could testify as to statements made by a minister when introducing the bill, should be received.
