What is the content of each expert’s report?

Alberta, Canada

The following excerpt is from Teichgraber v. Gallant, 2001 ABQB 265 (CanLII):

Each medical expert’s report, standing alone, is clearly written and straightforward. While some of them contain technical and scientific language, doctors are capable of explaining medical procedures and information to laypersons: McVey v. Petruk, supra. However, in this case the volume of the evidence and the number of conditions and diagnoses amplify the complexity of the causation issue.
