Although this is not a long term marriage, the claimant is entitled to compensatory support and non-compensatory support. She is entitled to spousal support that will enable her to achieve a standard of living that must be viewed in the context of the marital standard of living: See Tedham v. Tedham at para 59-60 and 78.
